SMS terms & conditions

The following SMS Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Dryer Vent Specialists SMS messaging program operated by Dryer Vent Specialists (“we,” “our,” “us”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Dryer Vent Specialists at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.

1. Program description. Dryer Vent Specialists SMS sends booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers (such as seasonal discounts and free-duct-inspection promotions) to customers who opt in by submitting their phone number through our website, booking forms, or in-person sign-up.
2. Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at mredman@dvspecialists.com or by calling 6504844418.
4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.
